ORDERS

FACE TIME SOLUTION

To simplify your life, we deliver your solutions direct to your door and automatically charge your credit card every 140 rituals (10 weeks). You can take advantage of this strategic service by simply selecting Face Time Solution on any solution page or at checkout. If you discover you use more or less solution than we recommend and would like to adjust the frequency of your deliveries (or need to take a quick hiatus or cancel), you can make any adjustments by signing in to your account and selecting Face Time Solution or contacting us at CustomerCare@RealSolutionsSkinCare.com.

We will send an email reminder 7 days before your solutions are scheduled to ship, giving you plenty of time to make any adjustments (please make adjustments at least 3 days prior to your scheduled shipment date). Your credit card will be charged the day we ship your solutions, and you’ll receive email notification with your receipt and USPS tracking number.

ORDER PROCESSING

We will contact you with a follow-up email if the solution you have selected is not currently in stock. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

CHECKING ORDER STATUS

You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your order. When your order has shipped, we will send you an additional email that includes a USPS tracking number for your package.

Upon receiving the shipping confirmation, REAL account holders may sign in to their account on RealSolutionsSkinCare.com to review status updates of their orders. Please reference your order number, and if available, your tracking number when contacting Customer Care, and we will do our best to help you as soon as possible.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel the order. If you have additional questions about your order, please write CustomerCare@RealSolutionsSkinCare.com or call 1-800-396-8775, Monday – Saturday, 10am – 5pm Pacific Time.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders. Credit cards must have a U.S. billing address.

SHIPPING

All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days from the time they are placed, pending stock availability and credit card verification. Solutions will be shipped Priority Mail via USPS, and should arrive within 1 to 5 business days. We currently ship within the United States for a flat rate of $8. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

RETURNS

We believe you’re going to love our solutions and your skin; but in the unlikely event you don’t, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase (applies to your first order of each solution).

For a return, we ask that you follow a few simple steps and guidelines:

RETURN STEPS

STEP 1:
Contact Customer Care at Returns@RealSolutionsSkinCare.com or 1-800-396-8775 within 30 days of your purchase date to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

STEP 2:
Include the solutions you wish to return along with the following information:

  • RMA #
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Receipt copy
  • Reason for your return

STEP 3:
Ship the solutions to the address below with the ability to track the package. We recommend that you insure returns to make sure that they successfully arrive back to us.

RETURN GUIDELINES

We must receive your package within 15 days of RMA# issue date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable). Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not accept solutions that are less than half full. We cannot be responsible for any Customs Office actions nor for reimbursement of any Customs Fees if solutions are returned from outside the United States.

If these return procedures are not followed, it is possible that a return may not be associated to the proper account, and it may not be able to be processed. Refunds will be issued once the solution is received and reviewed. We will refund the original form of payment you provided. We will process your refund within approximately 5 business days of receiving your package and will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 – 2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the box for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for a shipping box to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at CustomerCare@RealSolutionsSkinCare.com or 1-800-396-8775. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for expedited service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by USPS.

RETRIEVE YOUR ACCOUNT PASSWORD
